All software used on this site is the property of this site’s owner or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Huey Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Huey Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Huey Outdoors shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No representations or warranties of any kind are made, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, this site’s owner disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This site’s owner does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mails sent from this site are free of viruses or other harmful components. This site’s owner will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
All trademarks, service marks and trade names for Huey Outdoors used on this site are the sole property of Huey Outdoors.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huey Outdoors, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Non-Functioning Item on Arrival Policy
Products from the factory are checked by our distributors to make sure all components are present and check all Image Intensifiers and Thermal units to make sure they are performing to our high standards before shipping. However, if the product should arrive in a nonfunctional condition the customer must report it to Huey Outdoors within seventy two (72) hours of receipt and we will gladly expedite an exchange of the product if the following conditions are met:
- The product was not modified or disassembled in any way as to void the factory warranty.
- The customer contacted us in a timely fashion and was issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please keep in mind: We cannot accept physically damaged product. If the packaging is reasonably damaged (enough to believe the product inside suffered damage as well), do not accept delivery from the carrier. If delivery was accepted, and the product was damaged, Huey Outdoors should be notified within two business days of receipt, at which point we will assist the customer in contacting the carrier and invoking the insurance policy. Each incident will be handled on a case by case basis. We will take all necessary and rational steps to correct the problem in dealing with nonfunctioning products.
No return shipments will be accepted by Huey Outdoors without an RMA.
It is under the full discretion of Huey Outdoors to allow or deny refunds which fall outside the scope of this policy.
We offer a 10 day refund policy on all products. You may return new, unused, and resalable items for a refund within 10 days of delivery. Product must include all accessories, paperwork, packing material etc. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the product was received inoperable. If the product was received inoperable we will gladly exchange or fully refund your purchase. You must notify Huey Outdoors within 48 hours of receipt to request a full refund on an inoperable item. Refunds will be paid by cashiers check and may take 7-14 days to process. To request a refund on an item you must request an RMA number. Please include the order number and use the contact form here to request an RMA number. Our refund policy is subject to our inspection of the condition and use of returned items.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your order is returned without an RMA number it will not be accepted.
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Huey Outdoors may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Huey Outdoors, Huey Outdoors has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Huey Outdoors. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Huey Outdoors seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the “Do we use ‘cookies’?” section below for information about cookies and how we use them.
How do we use your information?

How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
Do we use “cookies”?
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) settings. If you turn cookies off, you won’t have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting customer service.
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term “outside parties” does not include Huey Outdoors. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Online Policy Only
Export of night vision equipment and optical sighting equipment is controlled by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120—130 and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) U.S. Department of Commerce. It is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware or technical data or furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States, for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the Department of the U.S. Government having jurisdiction. It is the End Users responsibility to request and obtain export licenses for the export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met. Sales or transfers to entities on the List of Debarred Parties, Denied Persons list and Embargoed Countries are strictly prohibited.
