Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Huey Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Huey Outdoors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Huey Outdoors shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huey Outdoors, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Non-Functioning Item on Arrival Policy

Products from the factory are checked by the factory to make sure all components are present and check all Image Intensifiers and Thermal units to make sure they are performing to our high standards before shipping. All non-functioning items are to be reported to the manufacturer within 72 hours. All non-functioning items should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.  There are no non-functioning returns to Huey Outdoors. 

Refund Policy

We offer a 10 day refund policy on all products. You may return new, unopened, and unused, and resalable items for a refund within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unopened include all accessories, paperwork, packing material etc. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the product was received inoperable. You must notify the manufacturer within 72 hours of receipt to request a full refund on an inoperable item. Refunds will be paid by cashiers check and may take 7-14 days to process. To request a refund on an item you must request an RMA number. Please include the order number and use the contact form here to request an RMA number. Our refund policy is subject to our inspection of the condition and use of returned items.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your order is returned without an RMA number it will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Fees and Conditions

We charge 10% of the total amount of the order as a cancellation fee. The order can be cancelled providing the products have not been boxed, serviced, or shipped. 

Third-Party Links

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Huey Outdoors may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Huey Outdoors, Huey Outdoors has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Huey Outdoors. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Huey Outdoors seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.

How do we protect visitor information?

Do we use “cookies”?

The term “outside parties” does not include Huey Outdoors. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

ITAR Compliance

Export of night vision equipment and optical sighting equipment is controlled by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120—130 and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) U.S. Department of Commerce. It is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware or technical data or furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States, for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the Department of the U.S. Government having jurisdiction. It is the End Users responsibility to request and obtain export licenses for the export of the subject items and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met. Sales or transfers to entities on the List of Debarred Parties, Denied Persons list, and Embargoed Countries are strictly prohibited.
